Summary:
Axum Global Consulting, a management and systems consulting firm specializing in organizational strategy and government contracting, partnered with BlackOcean Marketing to redefine its entire brand ecosystem. The goal was to evolve AGC from a traditional consulting firm into a modern, systems-driven enterprise with clear positioning, scalable digital infrastructure, and visual authority.
This was more than a rebrand — it was a strategic rebuild from the ground up, aligning AGC’s external identity with its internal philosophy: Stronger Systems. Stronger Teams.
Transforming structure, identity, and presence
AGC had a strong foundation — proven expertise, trusted relationships, and operational credibility — but lacked a cohesive identity that captured its full value. The brand felt fragmented across visuals, messaging, and systems.
BlackOcean was brought in to bridge that gap by creating a brand that looked, sounded, and operated like the systems it builds for others. We repositioned AGC as a precision-driven consulting firm defined by innovation, structure, and scalability — a reflection of the very results it delivers for clients.

AGC’s previous branding didn’t fully communicate its expertise or sophistication. The logo and color palette lacked modernity; the website architecture was underdeveloped, making navigation difficult and limiting growth potential.
Key challenges included:
Outdated visual identity that didn’t reflect AGC’s strategic mindset
Unclear service structure and inconsistent messaging hierarchy
Lack of automation and analytics integration
No central system to unify client experience or lead management
The challenge was to rebuild AGC’s brand and infrastructure so every visual and functional component reinforced its identity as a systems-thinking consultancy.

Using BlackOcean’s Navigation Framework, we treated AGC’s rebrand as both a creative and operational transformation. The goal was to establish a visual identity and digital architecture that mirrored AGC’s structured, intelligent approach to consulting.
We began with a comprehensive audit of AGC’s existing materials, competitors, and client perceptions. From there, we developed a strategy anchored around clarity, control, and scalability.
Strategic priorities included:
Crafting a modern visual identity rooted in geometry, strength, and balance
Redefining the service architecture into clear, outcome-driven categories
Designing a digital infrastructure that integrates automation and analytics
Building a brand system that communicates sophistication and reliability

We designed a new logo system and color palette that captured AGC’s ethos of intelligence and structure.
Primary Palette: Carbon Black, Apex Blue, and Teal — symbolizing strength, trust, and clarity.
Logo System: Modular lockups for “AGC,” “Axum Global Consulting,” and a geometric “A” icon — adaptable for print, digital, and government proposals.
Typography: Bold, clean sans-serif fonts reflecting authority and technical precision.
Service Architecture Redesign
We reorganized AGC’s offerings into five clearly defined verticals: Government Contract & Grant Strategy + Execution, Strategic Logistics & Procurement, Operational Systems & Intelligent Infrastructure, Team Alignment & Organizational Management, and Executive Coaching & Leadership Development. Each service was supported by detailed copywriting and UX-driven layouts to communicate expertise and clarity.

Built on GoHighLevel, the new AGC website integrates marketing automation, CRM capabilities, and analytics for a complete operational system. Optimized UX with clear navigation and hierarchy, automation triggers for lead capture and intake, SEO-ready page architecture for organic visibility, and responsive design for mobile and federal audiences.

Sections like Strategic Negotiations, Property Valuation, and Investment Opportunities highlight her skill set while reinforcing her credibility. The user experience was carefully crafted to invite exploration while maintaining focus on conversion and trus
Every page was built with TREC compliance in mind — including Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice, and footer disclaimers. We also optimized page structure, metadata, and internal linking for better visibility and ranking within the DFW luxury real estate market.

The rebrand repositioned Axum Global Consulting as a high-performance consulting firm that looks and operates like the modern systems it builds.
Results & Outcomes:
Unified visual identity across all platforms and materials
40% increase in qualified inbound inquiries within the first 60 days
Clearer service communication and simplified user experience
Enhanced credibility in the government and corporate contracting sectors
“This rebrand redefined who we are — not just visually, but operationally. BlackOcean helped us express our philosophy through every part of our brand.”
